Whether you’re new to yoga or are looking to enhance your current practice, we have a variety of weekday lunch time, evening and weekend classes for you to choose from.

Our 2017 Timetable offers mainly mixed GENERAL Level 1-2 classes which means sequences will be adaptable to be accessible to most levels of healthy practitioners.
In a GENERAL class the structure is based on traditional Hatha principles with some influences from the Anusara alignment methodology. We are also offering vinyasa style DYNAMIC FLOW classes in 2017 for those with at least 6 months GENERAL yoga (alignment focused) practice experience, who are wanting to drop into their flow with less alignment instruction.
Please join us! Regularly attending classes is strongly encouraged because the benefits of yoga are cumulative. You will get more out of the practice if you come at least once a week or more. Concession rates are offered for those who wish to commit to regular attendance.
*Please Note: If you are dealing with specific injuries, illness or pregnancy, it is important to let your teacher know BEFORE you join the class. Often we can accommodate some specific requirements in classes but we need to know about it beforehand.
Also, please note that it can be safer and more beneficial for those with special needs to invest in private sessions or specialised courses. If the teacher feels it unsafe for you to join the class, please know that the evaluation will have been made with your best interest at heart. Safety is one of our main priorities.
