Recommended for students with previous yoga experience and a regular practice already established at Urban Yoga or other studio.
TYPES OF LEVEL 2 CLASSES OFFERED:
Our Level 2 GENERAL YOGA classes cover the same foundations as the Level 1-2 classes, but dive deeper into alignment and philosophy. Expect to be challenged but most importantly to have fun! Some intermediate postures are explored but will be broken down and offered at various stages for students to build up to with confidence.
For those wanting to play with more vinyasa flow in their Level 2 practice! Our Level 2 DYNAMIC FLOW classes have less emphasis on alignment and are the perfect way to really dive in and embody your flow. We recommend students’ attending have at least 12 months prior alignment focused practice experience gained from attending our GENERAL YOGA classes.
