Lucy has been practicing yoga since 2001. In 2010 Lucy completed her yoga studies at the Wellpark School of Natural Therapies, an intensive period of study which gave her the space to focus on, and ultimately re-open her eyes and heart to holistic health through movement, balance and breath.
Since then, Lucy has continuously sought to explore different styles of yoga and movement and is fascinated by the ever-evolving ways in which one can access the wisdom from within.
Lucy is passionate about helping others find their own potential and how with gentle guidance, she can assist her students of all ages in developing a quiet, timeless, space where they can access and listen to the intelligence of their body as a habit forming practice.
Lucy’s teaching style is gentle, curious and honest. She seeks to encompass the class with heartfelt awareness and support so that students can be encouraged to explore their own unique stories with honesty, integrity and hopefully a little humour.
Lucy takes our Level 1 Basics class on Wednesday evenings from 5:45pm.
