Our popular mixed Level 1-2 classes are suitable for those students’ already familiar with the foundations of yoga including the alignment covered in a Level 1 class.
You’re welcome to choose from any one of our 45, 60, 75 or 90 minute Mixed Level 1-2 classes for a practice that emphasises alignment, integration and expression of poses.
TYPES OF CLASSES OFFERED AT MIXED LEVEL 1-2:
Our General classes have an alignment focus, are sometimes challenging, always informative, and are tempered with some light hearted fun. A Level 1-2 GENERAL class is perfect for those who are looking for a bit more of a challenge to gain confidence, build strength and flexibility with their practice before joining the stronger Level 2 classes.
For those wanting to align and flow with their mixed Level practice, a DYNAMIC FLOW class is offered with less emphasis on alignment so you can flow and let go! We recommend students’ attending have at least 6 months prior alignment focused practice experience gained from attending our GENERAL Mixed Level classes.

Yoga: Core & More on Saturday morning’s is a class all about integrating whole body movement practices based on yoga postures, RYC™ principles and exercise science for a functional core providing lasting support, strength and balance for body and mind.
An EXPRESS Class is for those wanting to get their yoga fix fast. Expect a playful mix of both GENERAL and DYNAMIC FLOW styles above along with a little pranayama and meditation to ensure your day is infused with energy and intention.
