Kelly Fisher is a skilled yoga teacher with over 10,000 hours of teaching, training and practice experience. As a former computer programmer, corporate executive and founder of two small businesses, Kelly knows the challenges of managing a busy schedule, cultivating a successful career and mitigating the stress that can be a side effect of a full life.
Kelly’s classes emphasize the basics while offering some innovative flair and a bit of fun. Her teaching style is based on her personal experience of discovering the freedom to listen to her own body. She uses movement and music to help students to develop strength and flexibility in a creative way. Each class also contains elements of meditation and breathwork to round out the practice.
Kelly is internationally qualified and is recognised by Yoga Alliance at their highest level, e-RYT 500. She previously held an Anusara-Inspired™ yoga teaching license. She has studied Iyengar Yoga and Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga extensively and has also dabbled in many different styles of yoga. Her expertise includes therapeutic yoga, yoga for athletes, pregnancy yoga, yoga for breast cancer as well as yoga for everyday fun!
