Join our Wednesday evening Level 1 class and at mindful and gentle pace, establish a yoga practice that has a solid foundation.
This class covers basic yoga poses and simple breath work, with an emphasis on safe alignment, construction and expression of poses. You will also learn simple foundational sequences.
Our Level 1 class is suitable for students who have completed our Beginners Programme and are looking to gain confidence before joining the stronger Level 1-2 classes.
This class is offered at a gentle pace with clearly explained instructions, is sometimes challenging, always informative, and a whole lot of fun!
