Can’t sleep? We’ve all been there at some point or another. Either struggling to get to sleep, broken sleep or being unable to stay asleep over an extended period of time can become a habit that is debilitating.
From her own experience, Kelly Fisher knows firsthand what kind of devastation it can bring to your body, mind and spirit to live on tiny amounts of broken sleep for extended periods of time.
Well timed with Daylight Savings coming to an end, in this 2.5hr workshop, you will discover how Yoga and it’s sister science Ayurveda can help you rediscover a great night’s sleep, along with practices to support a welcome return back to a healthy sleeping habit.
Join Kelly on Saturday April 8th 2:00-4:30pm, for a conversation about re-establishing your sleep rhythms using the ancient wisdom that is now being confirmed by modern science. You will look at lifestyle principles and play with experiential practice that you can use at home to help sort your sleep. The good news is that there are no special drugs or expensive treatments required. Just simple, basic habits that anyone can adapt for their lifestyle.
No one can do it for you, but with the right tools and information, you *can* do it for yourself. Take the power back into your own hands to regain the clarity and sanity that real sleep provides!
*Limited* spaces. Book online today and take the first step back to better sleep!

Kelly Fisher has been studying, teaching and incorporating Yoga and Ayurveda into her life since 2005. As a former IT executive, a former yoga studio owner and a new-ish mother she knows the challenges of managing a busy schedule, cultivating a successful career and mitigating the stress that can be a side effect of a full life.
Sleep issues reared their heads in the wake of the delirious days of new motherhood. Even when her child was sleeping beautifully, she was not. After some serious complications stemming from not sleeping properly, Kelly set about the work of consulting medical professionals, holistic experts and even pop-culture “gurus”. Once again though, Yoga and Ayurveda came to the rescue. Kelly has a renewed determination to share the concepts of these sophisticated systems so that more of us can take back control of our wellness.
Kelly is internationally qualified and is recognised by Yoga Alliance at their highest level, e-RYT 500. She previously held an Anusara-Inspired™ yoga teaching license. She has studied Iyengar Yoga and Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga extensively and has also dabbled in many different styles of yoga. Her expertise includes therapeutic yoga, yoga for athletes, pregnancy yoga, yoga for breast cancer as well as yoga for everyday fun!
