YOGA CLASSES
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. If you have not arrived with 5 minutes to spare, your spot may be given to students who are on the waiting list. If you are held up but are on your way, please do ring/text to let us know to hold hold your spot.
Please note that you may be refused entry if you arrive after the class has begun. It is disruptive to the other students when someone arrives after the introduction and potentially unsafe for the latecomer to join the class if they have missed crucial foundation information and warm up.
Casual reservations may be cancelled online free of charge with at least 12 hours notice. Please be aware cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged.
COURSES
If you have registered for a course, payment must be made a week prior to the commencement of the programme. If you need to cancel, you will be given a refund if notice is given a week before the scheduled course commences. After that point and up until the starting day of the course, if you cancel you will receive a refund of 50%. If you cancel after the course has begun or fail to attend one of the classes, you will not receive a refund.
EVENTS
If you have registered for a workshop, payment must be made a week prior to the commencement of the programme. If you need to cancel, you will be given a refund (less a $30 admin fee) if notice is given a week before the scheduled programme commences. After that point and up until the starting day of the programme, if you cancel you will receive a refund of 50%(less a $30 admin fee). If you cancel after the programme has begun or on the day of the programme, you will not receive a refund.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private sessions may be bought singly or in concession packages of 6 or 12. Concession packages must be used within three months of the purchase date. Cancellation of a private session must be received 24 hours prior to the scheduled time or they will be charged at full rate.
VISITING TEACHERS
If you have registered for an Event or Workshop with a visiting teacher, payment must be made a fortnight before the event commences. If you need to cancel up to a fortnight before the scheduled event, you will be given a refund, less a $50 administration fee. After that point and up until the day of the event, if you cancel you will be refunded 50% of the event fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the event or after the workshop has begun you will not be refunded.
CONCESSION PACKAGES
Concessions are offered as an incentive for regular practice. They may not be shared, transferred or put on hold so choose carefully and mindfully.
UNLIMITED PACKAGES (now phased out)
Unlimited Packages must be purchased for a minimum of four weeks. Two weeks’ notice is required to cancel your package. Payments may be made weekly, $45 in advance and, must be set up on AP for Monday or on a monthly basis. No holds or transfers of credits are allowed.
