Urban Yoga Beginners’ courses run in five-week courses $90.

Monday Nights – 7.15pm – 20th April – 25th May*
COURSE 2
Wednesday Nights – 5.30pm – 22nd April – 20th May
(* no class Anzac Day observed 27th April)
You will learn yoga fundamentals while increasing strength and flexibility in the Urban Yoga Beginners course.

You are most welcome to drop in to one of the General Level classes. Just be prepared to move at your own pace. Many options and modifications are offered in classes so as long as you’re happy to work with what’s best for you, these classes are very accessible. Just contact the email above to let us know you’re coming.
