Urban Yoga is pleased to offer a dedicated Yoga for Runners programme with our teacher David. Over the last few years we have been offering a range of workshops, courses and introductory sessions. Due to an increasing amount of interest, we are no offering a range of options to all levels of runners.
- Monday morning 60min Yoga for Runners Classes (Starting October 13th). Join David for a post-weekend recovery session. Open your body, share your stories, practice with fellow runners. This is a cyclic four week yoga practice course. See the page for more details.
- Yoga for Runners Workshop. In this 2.5 hour workshop, learn how yoga can support your running posture, engagement and recover. You will run as well as do yoga in this workshop. These are offered semi-regularly, check the page for the next course.
- Yoga for Runners Course. This four week courses takes the principles introduced in the 2.5 hour workshop, and expands on them each week. Runners get a mixture of theory and practice, and in small groups get individual feedback on linking yoga and running. See the page for more details and next course date.
