This 5-week Yoga course with Sarah Morris will be an opportunity to learn about and leverage the full potential of your breath. With a primary focus on breath work in yoga using Hathena exercises, you will discover new ways to strengthen your diaphragm, core and upper body muscles opening your lungs with greater awareness in preparation for Pranayama.
Each week we will focus on a specific area of the lungs to open, expand and strengthen your breath to enable a fuller, more mindful experience in your yoga practise that will indirectly cross over into your regular breath in daily life.
Those interested should have a regular Level 1-2 Yoga practice or have completed an Urban Yoga Beginners course.
